About Us
The association was founded in 1998 by a small group of friends, to create a professional reality able to revive a folkloric activity, inextricably linked to the history of the city of Florence.
The group offers free courses for flag throwers and musicians, including imperial drums, snare and chiarine (trumpets); open to anyone interested, no matter the age or the gender, despite the tradition used to allow men only to participate.
In addition, over the years, we have collected a good number of costumes that allows those who want to get involved to participate in our shows as a renaissance courtier.
Our aim is to make us ambassadors around Italy and in the world of both tradition and the great past of Florence, offering a quality show for those who admire us and an occasion for our members to find a new group of friends.
